This module gives participants an understanding of the impact of quality teaching practices including typical roles and responsibilities, expectations of the employers, deliverables, EQ and ethical practices.

Theories/ approaches of Learning
This module traces the concept of classroom management including strategies and class rituals that include every learner with an eye on developing confidence and social security and the importance of transition activities. Framework (Scope& Sequence English, Math, Science)
